Dual Blade Humbuckers - Black?

Dual Blade Humbuckers - Black?

Are the black Dual Blade humbuckers going to be coming back? I saw them a few months ago, and came back to buy them, but looks like they're no longer available. Also, are these pickups coil-tappable?(2/4/ or 5 wire?)

You guys should check out the Guitar Parts On Line E-bay store, they got an X2N rail type humbucker set ( neck 10.2k ohms and the bridge at 15.8k ohms), for like $38.00 bucks !!!!

I just bought the Black Rail pick up ( rated at 12.41k ohms) and love it. I put it in the neck position and the thing just kills on a distorted channel.... it burns with killer definition, on the clean channel the pick just sparkles like no other. I used to put Bill Lawrence L-250's in the neck position but found this pick up to be more to my liking. It combines well in the # 2 position on a five way switch and on a BL L-250 you'll have less power and less definition. :D

Cool...I wonder how they compare to the GFS "Lil-Punchers", and Lil-Killers" (I've used their pickups for several years now).

The "Lil" Killer are good, but the 10k ohms version was thin, smeared mids and weak bass response (for my taste).
The 15k ohms "Lil" Killer sounds good in the middle position and blends better with GPO Hot Rail in the neck position.
On this particular guitar it's (N) GPO Hot Rail ( 12.41k ohms),(M) "Lil" Killer ( 15.0k ohms) and (B) a Carvin M22SD (14.61k ohms).and I'm happy so far. :D
