Items are shipped from the USA, generally within three days of order/payment receipt, not including weekends and holidays. Special orders and custom wiring may take longer. Standard, Priority and Signature shipping services may be available.
Shipping charges are typically flat-rate based on your order total and service selected. Free standard USA shipping options may be available with minimum purchase or with purchase of specific items. Shipping options are clearly stated during the checkout process prior to completion of your purchase. Non-refundable charges as posted may apply.
Please note that shipping carriers may not have Saturday, Sunday or Holiday shipping services available. We reserve the right to use any shipping provider, service or method desired and will provide you with a shipment tracking number once your order is ready to ship. The shipping service used will provide end-point delivery confirmation at destination. Point-to-point scanning service to monitor travel progress may not be available. It is not unusual for a package to be in transit without regular updates.

International shipping destinations are extremely limited and currently include Canada, New Zealand and Australia only. Non-refundable international shipping charges of $50 apply. These shipping charges and options are shown during the checkout process prior to order completion.
